The Experiment

The Unlearning Experiment is a collection of valuable resources and tools to learn more about WHO YOU are. Find the real you, the one that hides under the layers of duties and expectations.

Help yourself learn less judgment, less polarization, less getting stuck in your head, less feeling depressed, anxious, tired or alone. Let’s wake up from our artificial flavored comas and start understanding ourselves more.

This website is still in the beginning stages, and it’s expanding -like the universe – little by little every day.

I hope to grow this into a comprehensive helpful collection of life information on the internet for a person trying to navigate through what media feeds us and the expectations of our parents and society. (But with less bull shit.)

You Are . . .

Your beliefs you were raised on
The society you grew up in
The friends you surround yourself with
The area where you live
The activities you do
The TV you watch
The food you eat
The beverages you drink
The chemicals you put in your body
The words you say out loud
The judgment you think silently
The thoughts you have
The air you breathe
If you start changing any one of those, are you still you?
A better you?
A different you?
Do you currently like you?

Living up to my impossible expectations was exhausting.
So I changed them. Will you?

My Values are Curiosity, Vulnerablity, Connection, Intelligence, Openness Let’s find yours.

Identifying your core values can help you live a stronger direction.
